Shipping
Free shipping within the EU By selecting our standard shipping option in the order process, you will receive your order free of shipping costs after receipt of payment. In addition to free shipping, we also offer worldwide shipping. You will be informed of the costs incurred during the ordering process.
Self collection
In addition to delivery, you also have the option of collecting your order yourself at the following address: Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg. Please make sure that the carpet is labelled as available on site in the item description.
Shipping Switzerland & Norway
Shipping to Switzerland and Norway is net. Taxes and customs duties will be charged by the shipping service provider. In the event of a return, the return shipment is also free of charge. With regard to customs duties and VAT, please contact your local customs authority before ordering.
Transport damage
In the event of recognisable transport damage to the goods, please report this directly to the shipping service provider upon receipt and document it with pictures. In the case of transport damage that only becomes apparent later, please also report this to the shipping service provider with corresponding photos. Please do not hesitate to contact us in such cases.
Payment methods
The following payment options are available to you as a customer: Bank transfer (prepayment), credit card
Prepayment/bank transfer
If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation by e-mail. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 5 days. The goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment.
Credit card
If you select the credit card (VISA, MasterCard) payment method, your credit card will be debited upon completion of the order.
PayPal
When selecting the payment method PayPal, you can choose between the currencies EUR, USD. Please note that there are restrictions for PayPal for the payment of products manufactured in Iran. If your shopping basket contains goods from Iran, PayPal is not offered as a payment method. Cash on delivery (by arrangement only) Cash on delivery charges will be incurred for cash on delivery shipments.
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
