Turkmen Rugs: Turkmen rugs are knotted by the Turkmen tribe. The Turkmen live in an area that stretches from China through Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran to Turkey. Afghan Rugs: Carpets and kilims have a long tradition in Afghanistan. In contrast to Persian carpets, Afghan carpets usually have geometric patterns and calmer colours. The knotting of the carpets is firm and flat-pile.
Virgin wool pile: A rug made of real virgin wool makes any interior style more cozy.
